Payette County’s economy – and opportunities for its residents – will benefit substantially if the Idaho Energy Complex proposed by AEHI is built, according to an economic study. In spite of a national employment downturn, Primarily Payette County would see an signficiatn job growth  during construction with high annual salaries.
